Spring has finally arrived, and for many of you, this will mean pottering around in the garden. I must confess that I am not one of these, but my mother is an enthusiastic gardener. I limit myself to 3-4 plants of cactus of which I am very fond of.

E’ facilissimo da preparare e vedendo la fatica che mamma fa a volte per pulirsi le mani, ho pensato che preparerò un vasetto e glielo regalerò per la festa della mamma (non so mai cosa regalerle).

Prendete un vasetto di vetro con coperchio. Poiché non e ancora il momento di fare le marmellate, dovreste avere dei vasetti vuoti in giro. Riempitelo per ¾ di zucchero,
aggiungete del sapone liquido per i piatti quasi fino all’orlo. Mescolate con un cucchiaio, dovrebbe avere la consistenza di una crema (tipo colla liquida…. scherzo) eventualmente aggiungere dell’altro zucchero.
Secondo Erin è un ottimo esfoliante, lo zucchero rimuove la terra mentre il sapone la lava via. Dice che si può fare anche un idratante sempre con lo zucchero, però mescolato con l’olio d’oliva. Di questo purtroppo non da le porzioni. Bisogno prendere una copia del libro.
